How do I return an item
We will gladly accept your return for store credit or exchange within 10 business days of receipt of receiving your order.

Returned items must meet these requirements:
We do not provide return labels
Returned within 10 business days of receipt of receiving your order.
In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor.
Accompanied by this return form.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse any return or exchange.
Non-returnable items include (refunds/exchanges/store credit not accepted): Formal gowns, sale items, accessories, and undergarments including lingerie, swimwear and bodysuits, hats.
Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Alani Boutique LLC. and for re-shipping for exchanges.
Please include invoice (receipt) inside the package.
If it is an exchange please include instructions inside the package on what you want instead, if we do not have it in stock we will send store credit to your email.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancellations:
We are unable to cancel any orders for money back. If you would like store credit for an order you must contact the warehouse as soon possible before it is shipped out. Our team works very hard to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your package on time. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, we cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled.
Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
